On May 27, the Stock Market Superintendency (SMV in Spanish) adopted Resolution No. 045-2020-SMV/02 updating the terms and deadlines for the presentation of financial information and complementary data received from stock broker companies. The measure came into force on May 28, 2020.

The resolution establishes new deadlines for the presentation of intermediate financial information by stock brokers corresponding to February, March and April 2020, and annual consolidated financial information for 2019.

The SMV provides that from May 2020, this financial information must be presented in accordance with the following deadlines:

• Financial statements and complementary information, closing on February 29, March 31 and April 30, 2020, will have a deadline of June 15, 2020
• Audited consolidated financial statements closing on December 31, 2019 and quarterly consolidated financial statements closing on March 31 this year, will have a cut-off date for the presentation of financial information until July 31, 2020.
