On June 8, the Central Bank issued communication B12020 informing that companies must complete an agreement form prior to accessing the exchange market to pay for goods imports.

The form must be submitted to the Central Bank’s entry desk and addressed to the Main Foreign Exchange Office, either personally or to [email protected].

In addition, each presentation must be signed by the person in charge of the foreign area of the company and an analysis of the operation’s framework, accompanied by relevant documentation.
