On August 4,  the Ministry of Economy issued Resolution 350/2020, formally extending the due date for the new debt proposal to August 24. The results will be announced on August 28.

The regulation was released after Martin Guzman’s Ministry announced that Argentina and representatives from the Ad Hoc Group of Argentine Bondholders, the Argentine Creditors’ Committee and the Exchangeable Notes Group and other holders (collectively, the “Supporting Creditors”) had reached an agreement allowing members of the three creditor groups to support Argentina’s debt restructuring proposal.
