ARGENTINA

The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), in General Resolution 4467/2019, today modified the regulation establishing the procedures allowing service exporters to reclaim Value Added Tax (VAT). The modifications will take effect as of July 1, 2019.

The resolution forms part of the government’s efforts to simplify legislation in this area, and means that the steps for service exporters to reclaim VAT no longer need to be audited, as has been the case up to now.
