In addition, the period for announcing the results was extended to July 27 and the execution date to July 30.

The Ministry headed up by Martin Guzman explained that “since the previous extension of the Invitation (June 12), the Republic has continued to proactively hold discussions with different groups of investors, developed possible adjustments to the Invitation and received comments from investors, as well as suggestions on different ways to improve the recovery.”
