On June 16, the Executive Power, through Supreme Decree No. 032-2020-PCM, accepted the resignation of the president of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition (Indecopi in Spanish), Ivo Gagliuffi Piercechi. Gagliuffi resigned from the entity for “strictly personal reasons.” The next president is expected to be appointed in the next few days.
