On April 8 the Government issued Administrative Decision 483/2020, accepting a series of recommendations made by the Evaluation and Monitoring Committee of the Assistance Program for the Work and Production Emergency, which include offering tax benefits for companies affected by the pandemic.  

Following the first Committee meeting, they agreed the following:

• The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) will provide the necessary tools to enable companies wishing to benefit from DNU 332/2020 to register by providing the required information.
• AFIP will evaluate the deferral of the employer’s contributions payment for the fiscal period March 2020.
• The Ministries of Economy and Productive Development will prepare the necessary reports to define compliance with the requirements for receiving the benefits.

Additionally, the Government issued Administrative Decision 472/2020, which establishes expenditure ceilings for the purchase of supplies in connection with the COVID-19 crisis by the Executive branch according to a price table drawn up by the Ministry of Productive Development in Resolution 100/20.
