On March 23, the Prevention Department of the Labor Risks Superintendency (SRT, for its acronym in Spanish), adopted a series of special working recommendations for the telecommunications sector based on Provision 3/2020.

The scheme is designed for situations where a worker has to enter the home of a customer and includes safety protection recommendations such as disinfecting facilities with water, soap and bleach and encouraging workers to wash their hands.

The scheme also recommends that workers be assigned personal protection equipment and a sanitation and disinfection kit.
