On December 2, the National Securities Commission (CNV, for its acronym in Spanish), launched a public consultation on a draft resolution to update the regulatory framework on Retirement Mutual Funds. Access the Resolution 819/2019 here.

The aim is to modify the regime governing companies and agents  managing the Placement and Integral Distribution of Mutual Investment Funds controlled by the CNV.

Those interested in issuing opinions and comments on the CNV regulations may do so until January 7, 2020, and in line with the following instructions.
