On November 20 and 21, the countries that make up the Pacific Alliance (Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Peru) will host an event in Silicon Valley, United States, to deepen trade ties with large international companies specializing in innovation and technology.

The Peruvian executive branch indicated that the meeting will convene 1500 business-people. The goal is to show the Pacific Alliance as a space of business opportunities for large technology companies and attract investment in innovation to the region. Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Peru, with 225 million inhabitants between them, represent 38% of Latin America’s GDP.
