On July 3, the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) created by constitutional law a tax on large estates. The tax will consist of an aliquot of 0.25 to 1.5% on assets exceeding 180 million dollars in the passage of individuals and 500 million in the case of companies. The calculation of wealth must include all property, business and investments of taxpayers. 

The Executive branch may modify the exemptions to the tax that, initially, include homes registered as main, social benefits and benefits derived from labor relations, yields from savings banks and securities.
