The Stock Market Superintendency (SMV for its acronym in Spanish) has just updated the procedures governing registration and exclusion for entities operating in the stock market.

Resolution Nº 00015-2019-SMV/011 is the national version of the Latin American Integrated Market Regulation (MILA) and establishes that foreign securities registered in the Lima Stock Market Register from Lima, “may be the object of public primary and secondary offers through the permitted forms of entry in the regulation of origin of that value.”

The SMV has thus modified Internal Regulations for the Registration and Exclusion of Stocks in the Lima Stock Market Register: see the updated version of the Regulations here.
